These terms explain how you may use Inbox Revenue AI, what we expect from users, and what you can expect from us. This page is maintained by the Inbox Revenue AI team and is not independent legal advice.

1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Inbox Revenue AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms are maintained by the Inbox Revenue AI team and are not legal advice or a certification.
2. Description of service
Inbox Revenue AI is a read-only assistant for Gmail. It identifies potential sales opportunities, scores them, and drafts suggested replies. It does not send emails on your behalf. It does not automate Gmail actions. You are always responsible for reviewing and sending any message from your own account.
3. Account and access
You must provide a valid email and keep your account credentials secure. You may not share accounts, resell access, or use the service to violate Gmail's terms of service or any applicable law. You may revoke Gmail access at any time from your Google account or inside Settings.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Inbox Revenue AI to: scrape data unrelated to your own inbox, abuse rate limits, reverse-engineer the service, upload harmful content, or interfere with other users' accounts. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
5. Billing and cancellations
Paid plans are billed monthly through our payment processor. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from Settings. If you cancel, you keep access through the end of your billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months unless required by law. Pricing is shown in USD; local estimates may be displayed for convenience.
6. Data and privacy
We only store account information, encrypted OAuth tokens, and the structured opportunity records we extract. We do not store email bodies, subjects, attachments, or thread history. Raw message data is processed in memory and discarded immediately. See our Privacy & Security page for full details.
7. Limitation of liability
Inbox Revenue AI is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for lost revenue, missed opportunities, or any decisions you make based on AI suggestions. Opportunity scores and revenue estimates are estimates only, not guarantees.
8. Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the new terms. Material changes will be announced via the app or email.
